Please Note: Due to COVID-19, some shipping times may vary depending on your location. We ask for your understanding when placing an order with us.
For U.S. Customers (Domestic Orders):
- USPS (First-Class Mail) Delivery Time: approximately 4 - 7 days
- USPS (Priority Mail) Delivery Time: approximately 2 - 3 days
For International Customers:
- USPS First Class Package International Service Delivery Time: approximately 15 days
- USPS Priority Mail International Delivery Time: approximately 8 days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International Delivery Time: approximately 4 days
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for rates outside of the U.S.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. It takes 1-2 days to process orders under normal circumstances, and longer if we are experiencing hurricane, epidemic, or natural disaster related issues. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please bear in mind that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any merchandise within 30 days. Follow the "HOW TO RETURN" guide below for further instructions.
HOW TO RETURN:
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PART OR CHANGE YOUR MIND*:
- For orders with regular shipping charges, we will refund the cost of the product(s), minus any shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.
- For orders with eligible free shipping, we will refund the cost of the product(s), however they will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Contact us for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; you will need to have a WRITTEN WS-RMA (Return Merchadise Authoriztion) number on the exterior of the package so we can quickly process a refund.

*All electrical parts can be returned, ONLY if unopened AND in new/unused condition. Any part that has been opened or installed will NOT be eligible for our return policy.
Upon retrieval of your return, a prompt refund will be issued within 5-7 business/working days either to your original method of payment, or to SawzillaParts.com store credit, at your choosing.
