Stihl starter handle
Thanks for your offer and customer service. I looked at my modern saws and the handle is very similar to this. I was comparing it to my saws from the 70s which have a much more robust handle. They are not worth shipping back and forth. I have installed one and it works fine. Stihl starter handle
I bought two of these thinking I was getting a good deal. Very disappointed to find they are lightweight plastic. Besides being ugly I doubt they will hold up. Oem is available for a few dollars more, don't buy these. Robert, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. I think you might have them confused with the more heavy duty ElastoStart handle. There is a big difference in size and weight. The smaller handle you purchased is identical in all aspects to the original Stihl. Please contact us so you can return your parts and we can provide you with a 100% refund.
