Just a couple.... The new part (a second one) is fine! The installer (me) did not realize you could install it backward. I now know that it will fly apart if you do not install it with the "flanged Y" to the outside. Suggestion: Include a note to the purchaser/installer to be careful to install it properly. The plastic cover/brake mechanism it destroyed is expensive...$57. Also, not your fault but the USPS took two weeks to deliver the part once you gave it to them. Thanks, Jack
