This is the one
This carburetor is an exact match for the 799584 09P702, unlike most of the carbs listed on Amazon and eBay. How do I know this? Because I purchased two other carbs that were listed as 799584 and were not in fact that a 799584 carb. From looking at them, you would think they were identical to this Proline carb, but they are not. Where this carb has a white seal/retainer on the manifold side, they have black. The less obvious difference is that the main jet is not the same. The fuel/air mix is too lean with those carbs and they made the mower almost impossible to start, and it would surge terribly if you didn't keep the choke closed. I put this Proline carb on and the mower started on the first pull and ran just like it should. This was on a Poulon Pro 550EX push mower. Briggs doesn't make these carburetors anymore, so I am so glad that Sawzilla had this.
