    General Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday only.

 

 

🗓️ Shipping Estimates & Order Processing

When you place an order:

  • We will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping method.

  • Under normal conditions, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Processing delays may occur during hurricanes, epidemics, or natural disasters.

  • Shipping estimates will be shown during checkout based on your selected method.

Insufficient Address Information

If a customer provides an insufficient or incorrect shipping address that prevents successful delivery, the order will be automatically refunded once it is returned to us. The refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, as this fee cannot be recovered.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping details at checkout to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection provides coverage for:

  • Lost packages in transit

  • Damaged items caused during shipping

Lost/Damaged Shipment

If you do not purchase shipping protection and your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, a refund may be issued only after the carrier’s investigation is completed, which can take approximately 14 to 21 days from the date the claim is filed. Refunds will be processed once the carrier confirms the shipment is lost or damaged during transit, and the claim is approved.

If you do purchase shipping protection, we will reship your order shortly after your claim is submitted, at no additional cost to you, subject to product availability.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to ensure faster resolution and replacement in the event of a lost shipment.


🌎 International Customers (Outside the U.S.)

  • Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.

USPS Domestic Services:
