Order Processing

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email.

Processing times may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • A refund will be issued once the package is received back
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Items damaged during shipping

If Protection Is Purchased

If your order is lost or damaged, submit a claim and we will quickly process a replacement shipment (subject to product availability).

If Protection Is Not Purchased

If a package is lost or damaged, it must go through the carrier's claims process (typically 14–21 days).

Approved claims are issued as a refund only. Replacements are not provided, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Ground Advantage / First-Class: 5–10 business days
  • Priority Mail: 3–5 business days (not guaranteed)

USPS delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and regional delays.

UPS (Recommended for Best Reliability)

  • Ground: 5–7 business days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

For the most consistent and reliable delivery experience, we recommend selecting UPS shipping methods whenever available.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

USPS International Services

  • First-Class Package International: 17–30 days
  • Priority Mail International: ~15 days
  • Priority Mail Express International: ~10 days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Some products may be restricted from international shipping. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
