Refund policy
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any merchandise within 30 days. Follow the "HOW TO RETURN" guide below for further instructions.
The Cost of Return Shipping
For most returns, if you use our return shipping label, a $6.95 return shipping fee plus any applicable oversize charges will be deducted from your refund. However, if we were at fault in some way and caused the return, please Contact Us and we will waive the return shipping fee.
International Return Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside the United States.
Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged and shipped with a trackable international carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved in resalable condition.
Restrictions
The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue:
- Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly
- Electrical components (such as ignition modules, coils, switches, etc.) once installed or tested. *
- Clearance Items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
Guidelines
- When returning an item, please place it in the original shipping packaging used to ship to you.
- This helps prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging, which would make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
- If you no longer have the original shipping packaging, UPS or FedEx can assist in properly packaging your return to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

All returns are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee†. Items after the allowed time period or showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

How to return:
- For orders with regular shipping charges, we will refund the cost of the product(s), minus any shipping fees **
- For orders with eligible free shipping, we will refund the cost of the product(s) minus return shipping label.
**All shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defects and fulfillment discrepancies.
†Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20-40% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount. The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Insufficient Address or Return To Sender Information
If a customer provides an insufficient or incorrect shipping address that prevents successful delivery, the order will be automatically refunded for the item subtotal once it is returned to us. We are unable to refund the initial shipping charge as it is a fee not incurred by us.
Additionally, if the order experiences a "Return to Sender" from the shipping carrier, a refund of the item subtotal (price of item excluding shipping cost) will be provided once the parcel arrives at our warehouse location. Ineligible Return
If a returned product is inspected and determined to be ineligible for a refund, the customer will be notified by email.

The customer will have 7 calendar days from the date of notification to provide a prepaid return shipping label to have the item sent back to them.

If a return label is not provided within the 7-day period, the product will be discarded or recycled at our discretion.

Once this time period has passed, the item cannot be recovered, and we will not be held liable for the disposal of the product.
We strongly encourage customers to respond promptly to avoid forfeiting their item.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping details at checkout to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Contact us for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; you will need to have a WRITTEN RMA (Return Merchadise Authoriztion) number on the exterior of the package so we can quickly process a refund.

*All electrical parts can be returned, ONLY if unopened AND in new/unused condition. Any part that has been opened or installed will NOT be eligible for our return policy.
Upon retrieval of your return, a prompt refund will be issued within 5-7 business/working days either to your original method of payment, or to SawzillaParts.com store credit, at your choosing.
