Warranty Statement

Proline® internal engine components, e.g., cylinders, pistons, bearings, piston rings, and electrical parts, carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.**

Carburetors carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

All other Proline® parts carry a 120-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

**Installation Requirement (Important)

Cylinder kits and piston kits must be installed by a qualified and/or certified dealer, repair shop, or business to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Proof of professional installation required (i.e. Receipt).

No exceptions will be made for self-installed or improperly installed components.

Warranty Returns & Authorization

If you believe a part is defective and wish to submit a warranty claim, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

To request an RMA, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the product you wish to return

  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
