Easy Refill instructions:

Step 1:

Ensure you have the necessary items

• Proline Mini Grease Gun
• Grease
• Screwdriver or similar tool
• Rag for cleaning

Step 2:

• Unscrew the top of the grease gun

Step 3:

• Using the screwdriver, ensure that the plunger is at the bottom of the grease gun

Step 4:

• Fill the grease gun with grease

Step 5:

• Add some extra grease on top to fill the space of the lid

Step 6:

• Screw the top back on loosely (Very important so it can bleed the air. Ensure it is not completely secured)

Step 7:

• Using the screwdriver or similar tool, push the plunger up from the bottom until grease is released from the small lip of the lid on the front.

Step 8:

Tighten the top until it is secure.

Step 9:

• Push until grease comes out of the tip then it ready to use.
