Proline Piston Kit For Husqvarna 150BT
I was given a Husqvarna 150 BT blower that someone ran on straight fuel. The piston was badly scored and had real low compression preventing it from turning over. I decided to go with a brand new OEM Husqvarna cylinder head I bought elsewhere and the Proline Piston Kit from Sawzilla. The quality of the parts seemed very good and matched the original piston exactly. I also was extremely happy with the reasonable costs for nearly everything I needed for the rebuild. This to inform anyone like me in the same situation, that the Proline Piston Kit is an excellent value and most importantly works perfectly when matched with a new or in good shape OEM Husqvarna cylinder and cylinder head gasket. I actually bought the Sawzilla 150BT gasket kit as well, which comes with all the gaskets for the blower. The blower's compression was restored and started on the first pull. After a break period the blower is running like a new blower. If you have a Husqvarna 150BT or the 350BT, this kit with a good cylinder head, gasket and some quality 2cycle oil will get you up in running.
