1. Customer Responsibility

Sawzilla Parts sells replacement and aftermarket parts for many makes and models of equipment, many of which have multiple versions, revisions, and serial ranges. It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with their specific equipment before purchasing and before installing. This includes verifying the equipment's exact model number, version, engine specification, and/or the original part number, and comparing the new part to the original part.

2. Compatibility Information on Product Pages

Our product pages list the models a part is intended to fit and may include notes about versions, serial ranges, or variations it may or may not fit. This information is provided as a guide only. Customers must read the compatibility list and all notes before purchasing. Purchasing a part for equipment that is not listed, or ignoring the notes on a product page, is done at the customer's own risk.

3. Compare Before Installing

Before installing any part, compare it to your original part. If the new part looks different in size, shape, mounting, or connections, do not install it. Contact us first. Installing a part that does not match the original is done at the customer's own risk.

4. Installation

Parts should be installed by a person with appropriate mechanical knowledge, following the equipment manufacturer's instructions and specifications, including carburetor adjustment, break-in procedures, and fuel/oil requirements. Sawzilla Parts is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, adjustment, tuning, modification, or use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sawzilla Parts shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including damage to equipment, loss of use, labor costs, or lost time, arising from:

  • the purchase of a part not listed for the customer's equipment;
  • a customer's failure to verify compatibility or compare the part to the original;
  • improper installation, adjustment, or use; or
  • installation of a part on equipment other than that listed.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the part.

6. Our Listing Errors
