Disappointed, cord is too fat, can't use the saw yet. ¶ Charles, Im sorry you were disappointed on the rope. Starter rope comes it different sizes perhaps you you need the 3.5mm which is the most common size. Please return the rope and contact us for the correct size. The Sawzilla Team
