IMPORTANT INSTALLATION: This captive collar nut is not installed like a standard bar nut and requires a special collar-nut flaring tool. Stihl service tool references: 5910 893 9600 and 5910 893 9601.

  • MS261 and MS362 were produced with different sprocket cover and collar nut versions.
  • Fits later-style sprocket covers using OEM 0000 995 0803.
  • Earlier versions may use OEM 0000 995 0806.
  • MS362: Earlier versions through serial 180823791 may use 0000 995 0806.
  • Compare your original collar nut and sprocket cover before ordering.
