⚠ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE:
The exhaust (muffler) mounting holes are not threaded and require self-tapping screws, just like the OEM Stihl cylinder. The cylinder mounting holes on this aftermarket cylinder are machine threaded, which differs from the OEM self-tapping design. Your original OEM self-tapping cylinder screws can still be used and will cut through the existing threads during installation. New self-tapping screws may also be used if needed.
