These models were produced with different ignition systems depending on production date and version. Model number alone may not determine proper fitment. Compare your original coil, flywheel, and ignition configuration before ordering.

Specs:
- Verify measurements with your original coil before ordering
- Original coil should be stamped 22204 222 059
- Flywheel magnet must be located on the outside
- Spark plug boot has been updated to the newer Stihl style
- If you prefer the original-style spark plug boot, it is available separately under SKU 49-1001 and must be installed by the customer
